1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and makmak24 ("Company", "we", "platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the makmak24 website, mobile application, gaming services and all related content.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at makmak24. Registering more than one account, even using different information, constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts along with forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. makmak24 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false information constitutes a breach of this agreement.
3.3 Password Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. Notify makmak24 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
makmak24 accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

4.2 Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Approved withdrawals will be processed in under 1 hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification
makmak24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect players from fraud. Withdrawals will only be credited to the account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
makmak24 offers a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. If you deposit RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM500 applies, your balance becomes RM1,700, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
5.2 VIP Programme
The makmak24 VIP programme consists of three tiers with different weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Players can advance their VIP tier based on continued gaming activity on the platform. makmak24 reserves the right to review and amend VIP benefits from time to time.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may not be used to fund games that are excluded from the wagering requirements
- Bonus abuse, including the use of hedging strategies, will result in cancellation of the bonus
- Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household and per device
- makmak24 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through dishonest means
6. Game Rules
All games available at makmak24 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and other games — have specific rules that can be found within each game's interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
Game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by the outcome of a valid live event. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the incident.
7. Prohibited User Conduct
Players are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the makmak24 platform:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
- Colluding or conspiring with other players to exploit the platform
- Exploiting bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unfair gain
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration
- Attempting to upload malicious code or attack the platform's infrastructure
- Making transactions related to money laundering or other illegal activities
Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by Player
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting makmak24 customer support. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and all eligible balances may be withdrawn.
8.2 Suspension by makmak24
makmak24 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering or a threat to platform security.

9. Limitation of Liability

In any circumstance, the total liability of makmak24 to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the preceding thirty calendar days.
